In 2020, Biovoima delivered new gas containers to Mustankorkea Oy. The company took ownership of 2 20-foot (6 m) hook lift containers, which have been equipped with the technology required for biogas transfer, to replace the rental containers. The containers are intended for the transfer of biogas produced and processed at the Mustankorkea biogas plant to the remote refuelling station located in the yard of the Seppälä K-Citymarket (Vasarakatu 29, Jyväskylä).
Supplied by gas containers are type IV composite containers with high storage capacity and low tare weight. This allows gas to be transported in a very cost-effective manner. The containers are type-approved according to EN 12245-3 and ADR/TPED.
