In May 2023, Biovoima delivered a new gas compressor unit to Kotkan Energia to replace the old broken compressor. Biovoima took care of the project with a turnkey solution for the customer, as Biovoima's experts also provided Kotkan Energia with the commissioning documentation required by the Finnish Safety and Chemicals Agency (Tukes). The installation and commissioning of the equipment was also carried out by Biovoima. The compressor unit itself was a compressor unit manufactured by the Italian company Coltri.
