As biogas and industrial process experts and maintenance professionals, we have extensive knowledge of biogas and other gas production processes and offer services to ensure optimal operation of your plant. We are experts in electrical, automation and mechanical maintenance of industrial biogas plants.

The biogas sector also requires special expertise in servicing and maintenance. Piping and electrical work in Atex areas (explosive atmospheres), high-pressure expertise, PED expertise (pressure equipment). Our consideration of occupational safety also extends to waste management and Tukes requirements.

With our outsourced biogas plant operation service, we take full responsibility for the production, operation and efficiency of your plant.

Plant modernisations

All production facilities, including biogas and biomethane plants, require renovation to ensure the longest possible life cycle for investments and production. We take care of the development and modernization of biogas plants and biomethane production processes, as well as the necessary instrumentation expansions and updates. The goal may be to develop the production capacity of an existing biogas plant and optimize its functionality or the entire production process.

Spare parts services

Spare parts are a key element in ensuring the functionality and life cycle of production. Our spare parts service ensures that critical and consumable spare parts are quickly available. If required, we can store spare parts at our production facility in Jyväskylä.

Training services

Training in the production, operation and use of biogas and biomethane technologies in biogas plants according to manufacturers' requirements. Maintenance training, refresher training and service training are tailored to the customer's needs.

Like any other form of production, renewable energy solutions require regulatory permits and associated documentation.
