Finland's Biovoima has won the contract to supply two gas transmission containers to Mustankorkea Oy. Black highlands is a municipal waste management company operating in Central Finland, which owns and operates a biogas plant and two biogas filling stations in the Jyväskylä area.
Gas transfer containers are Type IV composite containers, which can be used to transport gas cost-effectively thanks to their high capacity and low tare weight.
”The containers will be used to transfer gas to a remote refuelling station in the Seppälä area. For the time being, we are using rented containers until we have new containers available.”, says the Managing Director of Mustankorkea Oy Esko Martikainen.
The upcoming delivery will be the second delivery of Biovoima to Blackheads. In the past, Biovoima has already delivered a biogas processing plant with PSA technology to Mustankorkea in cooperation with Carbotech GmbH.
”The equipment has worked perfectly and the refined gas is very clean”, Martikainen praises.
